Yep the 4th day. You always hear us talk about the 3 days on 1 day off schedule. Truth is that schedule rocks and I have seen great gains by sticking to that. BUT, thats not always for everyone and your level of fitness dictates what your schedule needs to be. Here is a great post from CrossFit Roots in Boulder Co. about rest days.
