Post Challenge Schedule

Week 4 is here! Ok so our “Best Shape of Your Life” Challenge is wrapping up – I don’t know about you, but it seemed like it flew bye.  We have been so excited at the many testimonies of how the Paleo Diet is changing people.  Just a few:  weight loss, sleeping better, more energy, less pain – amazing stuff.  We believe those that participated in the challenge have already seen the benefit of eating the right foods in the short time of the past 3 weeks.  Our goal is...
