Weightlifting is a Zombie: The living DEAD

So I’m coming to a few conclusions on weightlifting (Olympic style lifting, Snatch Clean and Jerk) as I have finished watching worlds. No matter the flawless technique, no matter the amazing weights that were lifted, it just isn’t fun to watch a sport where the athletes are openly using steroids. Sweet Potato Cakes

I have come to find that these little sweet potato cakes are AH-MAZING! Not only are they good just by themselves, they make excellent buns for a nice juicy hamburgers!  Here is the recipe below, and they are super easy to make!!
