Three sets of: Back Squat x 8-10 reps @ 30X1 Rest 60 seconds Single-Arm Dumbbell Row x 8-10 reps @ 2111 Rest 60 seconds Plank from Elbows x 45-60 seconds Rest 60 seconds B. Against a three-minute running clock, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of: Burpees x 3 reps Air Squats x 6 reps Kettlebell Swings x 9 reps *Repeat for a total of five rounds, resting 60 seconds between rounds.
