Where’s your focus?

(vir·tu·os·i·ty) performing the common uncommonly well   Why do we do this thing called CrossFit? Here is what I think. We do it because it exposes our weaknesses. Sure, we do it because we love the challenge, the WODs are never the same so it’s not boring, and we get to do it with a group of great people that make up the Uncommon Nation.
