June Foundations Schedule

To change things up this summer, for June we are going to add a morning session at 6am to see if there is a demand for the morning time slot.  We currently offer a time in the evening at 7:00pm. which we will continue. Also we are going to let anyone who signs up for Foundations, try the first week for free.  So at sign up, no payment will be required.  We know that there are some people who are hesitant to start.  We hope by offering you a free week this will help you get in here and experience...
