CrossFit 1.0 A. Saturday Schedule during The Open (February 28-March 28)

It’s about that time … Open Time. In 2013, we had 39 people join in on the fun.  It’s amazing how the box has changed over the last couple years, check out this video of 13.2: In 2014, we had 59 people sign up.  Some how we didn’t get an video footage from last year, but we will have some again this year.
