15.3 Heats Announced

Ok here we go – 15.3 starts with Muscle-Ups.  If you Rx’d the workouts for 15.1 & 15.2 and do not have Muscle-Ups, you may have felt disappointed after hearing the announcement of 15.3.  It’s understandable, but remember this is what the Open is all about – every week we may be faced with reality (sometimes that reality may seem harsh) of where our skill level is compared to the best in the world.  This weekend will test some of us – our mental capacity to face...
