CrossFit 1.0 & 2.0 A. Race Reflection

Competition What’s the purpose and benefit? Focus.  Gives you a goal with a time frame which creates a single focus.  That single focus gives you a gauge to measure your decisions against. Face fear.  Fear of failure.  But really we need to ask ourselves what is the worst thing that happens?  Facing fear gives you an opportunity to overcome.  Without fear there is nothing to overcome.  Overcoming gives us inner power & creates character.  Fear is just an emotion (subject to change) not a fac...
