Uncommon WOD – 082415

CrossFit 1.0 A. Every minute, on the minute, for 15 minutes (5 sets of each): Minute 1 – 2 Turkish Get-Ups (keep the movement slow and controlled, focus on positioning) Minute 2 – 6 Romanian Deadlifts @ 3011 Minute 3 – 10-12 Tempo Push-Ups @ 11X1 B. Grateful

Wow…what a month!  A few months ago, a couple events were brought to our attention that hit home with us – the 24 Hour CASA Cycling Challenge and the WOD to End Veteran Suicide.  Both events were in August which made us initially hesitate trying to participate/host and raise money for 2 events in one month.  But because we are Uncommon, we decided that we would do both.  And we put out the manta for August “a month to give back” … and did we ever!!  WOD to End Veter...
