CrossFit 1.0 & 2.0 A. Every 2 minutes, for 18 minutes: Station 1:  Muscle-Ups with a Pause at Receiving and Pause at Full Extension x 2-5 reps (OR Low Ring Muscle Up Progression x  5-6 reps) Station 2:  Handstand Walk Practice x 10 meters Station 3:  45-60 seconds of L-Sit or L-Sit Progression with Boxes B. The 24 Hour CASA Cycling Challenge

August 13th – 14th – CASA 24 Hour Cycling Challenge This August we will be riding for the 3rd year in the 24 Hour CASA Cycling Challenge!  If you enjoy road biking & helping your community, join the CrossFit Uncommon team to support the Tippecanoe CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) Program.
