Houston – We Have Lift Off!

CrossFit Liftoff Let’s compete! The CrossFit Liftoff is coming on November 3rd. The Liftoff is an awesome chance for everyone and I mean everyone to test their strength and their conditioning in one competition. The Liftoff is the same format as The Open in that the workout is released Thursday and all results must be posted on Monday.
