Uncommon WOD – 040817

CrossFit 1.0 & 2.0 In teams of two, complete five rounds for time of: Run 400 Meters (partners must stay together) 20 Deadlifts (10 each – 225/155) 30/20 Pull-Ups (15/10 each) Partner with someone doing the same weight as you.  Run together.  You may only start deadlifts once both members tag the barbell.   If doing Kipping or Butterfly Pull-ups perform 15, if doing strict or a scaled option perform 10.
