With a partner. Alternate full rounds. AMRAP 10 min 10 double KB deadlift (70/55) Farmer Carry 60’ Overhead Walking Lunge w/ plate 60’ (45/35) Rest 5 min AMRAP 10 min 5-10- 15 m shuttle sprints *One partner runs 5m down and back, 10m down and back, and 15m down and back. Then the other partner goes.
