Uncommon WOD – 061918

Part A Every 2 min for 20 Min 2 Cleans  w/ 2 Second pause at top of knee, straight into Split jerk with no reset or pause.   Part B 8-6-4-2 Reps of Squat Clean 225/155 Strict HSPU (scale up to deficit if you could do these unbroken) OR If you cannot squat clean a challenging weight, 8-6-4-2 Reps of: Sandbag Throw Front Squat (From Rack if Needed) L-Seated Press ( these should be heavy enough that you can’t do more than 3 without resting)
