You can do whatever you want!

Anybody heard me say this at the gym?? I’ll be honest, it started out as a complete joke. I can’t remember the exact instance in which I first said it but I’m sure it was in response to someone asking me if they REALLY HAAAAAAAAD TO DO a certain weight/rounds/etc. Well I’ve adopted this phrase as a 100% honest and genuine way of thinking.
