Run 400 meters (scale to distance you can finish in about 2:00 but you have to push for that)

*I intentionally programmed not enough rest to fully recover. Time to work on your breathing! It will be important to keep under control for almost all of this. Otherwise you’ll freak out and crash!

20m Suitcase Carry Left/Right

20m Side Shuffle Down & Back

8-10 Sets:

Find a hill or stairs and sprint to the top as fast as possible

Walk down slowly OR for some extra spice, bear crawl forward down.

Rest as needed
