We acknowledge that there are moments in life when group classes aren’t for everyone. For some the best way to get started when new to CrossFit and weightlifting is with one-on-one training sessions where we can dedicate 100% of our attention to you. Some people have specific goals that aren’t always met in a group class setting or specific needs due to medical conditions or past injuries. If this is something you can relate to then consider scheduling 1 on 1 sessions.
1 on 1 Training
One-on-one training sessions are also for members who want to work on a specific skill (i.e. gymnastics, olympic lifting) or have mobility restrictions that are holding them back.
There are many benefits to group training – to name a few: you will show up regularly, work harder, and feel results faster in the groups. But there are times for 1 on 1 Training. These sessions are an extremely effective and efficient way to achieve your personal goals. One of the Uncommon coaches will work with you to help define your goals, assess your current level of fitness, and design a program specifically for you to achieve those said goals.
