Fall Nutrition Weekly Challenge: Week 4

We are heading into the last weethankful2k of the Fall Nutrition Challenge and soon following is Thanksgiving Day, so for the final week, the Weekly Challenge will be to list 3 positive things that happened or things that you are thankful for that day.  Practice the power of positivity and thanksgiving this week.  You will list the 3 things in the Daily Reflection part of your Excel Sheet along with your Daily Reflection.

*You only earn the point if you do it on that day.  You can’t earn the point if you missed a day & do it the next day.  Same rule applies here as the Daily Reflection.
