Recently moved away from your home box?  Are you an experienced CrossFitter or weightlifter looking for a new training facility?  Or maybe you just heard about how awesome our Uncommon community is and want to experience it for yourself!

 

Regardless the reason for your inquiry, we are excited that you want to give us a try!  We love having experienced CrossFitters join our community where they can be a source of inspiration for our new members.  Uncommon is a special place where you don’t just come to get a “sweat on” but a place where you will be challenged physically, mentally & emotionally.  Our members genuinely care about each other and want to see each other succeed.  There is no room for an inflated ego at Uncommon, instead we strive to cultivate an atmosphere of humility where there is both self-respect & respect of others.  Our focus is not just on PR’s & lifting the most weight (we will celebrate it course!), but our focus is on pursuing fitness for a lifetime not just for the present.  We focus on nutrition and mobility which are things done mostly outside of the gym, but have huge returns inside the gym.  We want you to impart information to you about how the food we consume effects our bodies and is the most important factor for good health.  We want to help you get strong and fit so that whatever life throws at you, you are prepared.

Try CrossFit Uncommon For Free

Experienced CrossFitters who are trying Uncommon for the first time will start with a complimentary 30-minute assessment.  The purpose of this session is to get to know you, your goals and determine if Uncommon is the best place for you to succeed.

 

During your FREE assessment we will:

  • Get to know you & your current fitness goals

  • Provide a brief overview of the Uncommon training methodology

  • Give you a tour of the Uncommon training facilities

  • Have you perform basic CrossFit movements to screen movement patterns

  • Determine if CrossFit Uncommon will be your best option to meet your current goals and take you to the next level
