EASY AS 1 – 2 – 3

First off, we are so excited that you have landed on this page.  If you are reading this that means you are looking to take back control of your health & fitness.  What an exciting moment!  Getting started at Uncommon is easy.  Your first step is simply to try out a Free Class.  We call this class our Community WOD.  What does WOD mean – it just means “Workout of the Day.”  You will noticed that in CrossFit there is some unique lingo – don’t worry if you don’t know what all of it means – we will go over everything you need to know during Step 2:  Foundations.   We offer this free class once per month on a Saturday.  If Saturdays do not work for your schedule, you can always skip Step 1 and move right into Step 2 to get started.


We want you to understand that by joining Uncommon, you are not just signing up for a place to workout.  You will become a member of a community of people who are on a similar journey of making themselves better.   The Uncommon Community is made up of some of the most caring, positive and motivating people in the Lafayette area.  Friendships that go beyond the gym have been created at Uncommon.
