The Uncommon Barbell Club is perfect for athletes looking to develop explosive power. Each class focuses primarily on instructing and improving technical execution of the snatch, clean & jerk and related lifts.
The focus of Weightlifting Class is on mastering basic barbell movements of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk with detailed progressions. This class is appropriate for those just introduced to the barbell or any athlete looking for a dedicated time to practice the lifts.
Group classes aren’t for everyone. For some the best way to get started when new to CrossFit and weightlifting is with one-on-one training sessions where we can dedicate 100% of our attention to you. One-on-one training sessions are also for members who want to work on a specific skill or movement that’s holding them back.
