With a partner. Each partner does a full round while the other rests.


For Time:

10 Toes to bar

30 Double Unders

10 Squat Snatches (115/75)


After each partner does a round of this, they repeat toes to bar and double unders, but snatches go to 8 reps at 135/95, then 6 at 165/115, then 4 at 185/130, finally the workout is over when both partners have done a full round ending in 2 snatches at 205/145.


If you are scaling, power snatches are acceptable. Pick a starting weight that will allow you to increase weight by at least 5 pounds each round.

Time cap = 24 minutes
