Immediately following: The time it took you to complete the above workout, round to the nearest minute and accumulate that amount of time in an L-sit. So for example, if it takes you 5:10 to do the 21-15-9, then you will round down to 5:00 and accumulate 5:00 of an L-sit.

Your score is the time it took you to finish 21-15-9 AND accumulate the time needed in an L-sit.
