Uncommon WOD – 021819

Part A
3 sets of
15-20 Dumbbell Bench Press
Rope Sled Pull

 

Part B

Teams of 2
Every 3 minutes perform
2 Goblet Squats
2 Burpees
Max Calorie Row
Switch athletes every 3 minutes and increase goblet squat and burpee by 2 reps every round.
The workout is over when you reach 350 calories for guys and 300 calories for gals or each teammate can not perform the reps required in that 3 minutes. If one partner does not finish, the other partner can continue working, however they will not be able to alternate rounds. They will work every three minutes until they fail or finish 350/300 calories.
