Sandbag or Dumbbell Press to “Lovely Day” (Choose wisely, quitting is not an option)

 

Part B

5 Rounds For Time of:

10 Push-ups

20 Wallballs (20/14)

10 Push-ups

20 Box Jumps (24/20)

15 Minute Time Cap (Goal is to finish so scale if you can not finish Rx)
