CrossFit 1.0 & 2.0

In teams of two, with only one teammate working at a time, complete the following for time:
1200 Meter Run (together)
immediately followed by…
12 rounds of:
8 (4 Each) Strict Handstand Push-Ups / L-seated Press (Heavy)
16 (8 Each) Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups / Strict Pull-Ups
24 (12 each) Air Squats
immediately followed by…
1200 Meter Run (together)
