Build to a weight you can squat 10 reps @10×0 (Tempo is very important. No rest at top or bottom)

Then

3 Sets of:

Front Squat Max reps @10×0

Sandbag Carry (100ft, bay door to window. HEAVY)

Part B

3 Rounds for time of:

100 DU’s

30 Box Jumps (24/20)

30 Russian KB Swing (55/35)
