Push Press x 5

Each set builds on the next To finish with 2-3 Heavy sets

Then with final weight that you successfully lifted for 5 reps

2 Sets of:

Max Push-press straight into max Push Jerk

Part B

4 Rounds for time of:

8 Sandbag Push Press (100/80)

Overhead Sandbag Carry to window and back

Run 100M
