Uncommon WOD – 061818

Part A

4 Sets of:

5 Supinated Grip Barbell Row

Rest 60 Seconds

Max Reps Wide Grip Pull-up Scale if you cannot get 5 reps

 

Part B

5 Rounds for time of:

20 Med-ball Squat Clean Wall-ball (cannot catch the bounce. If it hits floor it must settle before being pulled)

10 Burpees over the med-ball (feet have to go over the ball not in front or behind)

Run 100M W/Med-ball
