8 Alternating DB Front-rack Reverse Lunges (50/35)

8 DB Push Press (50/35)

Complete 1 round for time, rest 1 min. Then complete 2 rounds for time, rest 2 min. Then complete 3 rounds for time, rest 3 min. Then finish the workout by completing 4 rounds for time.
