Behind the Neck Strict Press x 8-10 reps
Rest 30 seconds
Overhead Squat (w/ the Crossover Symmetry bands) x 10
Rest 30 seconds
60 Second hold in Bottom of Squat (w/hands overhead)
Rest 30 seconds

Part B
4 Rounds for time of:
Overhead Walking Lunge w/Plate 20 steps
10 Burpees to a plate
Run 400 m

CrossFit 2.0
Part A
Every 2 Minutes for 20 Minutes
Overhead Squats x 5 reps

Part B
4 Rounds for time of:
10 Power Snatch (115/80)
10 Burpees over the Bar
Run 400 m
