Uncommon WOD – 120617

Part A

On the Assault Bike, choose your Watts.

100 – 200 – 300 – 400 – 500 – 600 – 700 – 800

Complete 4 sets of max time at your chosen wattage. (Minimum 45 sec)

 

Part B

Accumulate 5 min in the bottom of a squat while bear-hugging a sandbag. Use a partner to track your time.
