Tabata Burpee
Tabata Press (45/35)
Tabata Back Squat (45/35)
Tabata Push Press (45/35)
Tabata Front Squat (45/35)

Tabata = 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds for each movement.

*You will be using an empty bar – please do not drop the bars.
