10 Jumping Jacks as Fast as Possible

3 Inhale/Exhales

Pinch nose on 3rd exhale and run in place as hard as possible

*Increase intensity over the 3 sets

WOD:

30 Minute AMRAP:

1 Amphitheater Trail Loop

20 Push Ups

Walking Lunge Across Field

20 Pike Push Ups

Walking Lunge Back

:15 per movement

Jumping Jacks

Spiderman hold one side

Spiderman hold other side

Alternating Side Lunges

.

WOD:

8-10 Sets:

Find a hill or stairs and sprint to the top as fast as possible

Walk down slowly OR for some extra spice, bear crawl forward down.

Rest as needed

.

COOL DOWN:

1:00 Upward Dog to Downward Dog and back, breathing the whole time.

:30 Samson Stretch per side
