Programming for the Day:


Warm Up:

2 Sets:

10-Breath Oblique Opener

10 Deadbugs

10 Cat Cow


1 Set:

5 Strict Press

5 Push Press

5 Push Jerks

3 Split Jerks with 2 sec pause in dip


2 Sets:

1 Clean from pos. 1 + 1 Clean from pos. 2 +1 Clean from pos. 3 + 1 Jerk



5-7 Sets:

1 Clean with 5 sec Pull + 2 Jerks


Cool Down: 

1:00 Pigeon Stretch

1:00 Hip Flexor Stretch
